Our ankle weight has a pound marker on it for easy use.
  • These ankle weights for men are extremely well made, good quality neoprene materials, the fit is comfortable, stitching is on point, no loose threads etc, and the locking system works very well.
  • Straps are long enough to adjust grip. Great for walking long distance or exercising at home alike. They will stengthen your ankles, calves and thighs, dependent on the exercises choose to do.
  • Fits wrists & ankles. Really comfortable to wear when out walking. No rub or chafe.
